I solemnly swear that I was born at Randers Denmark on January 28, 1875; that my father Søren Christensen was born in Denmark, reciding at: Diseaced; that I emigrated to the United States, sailing from Copenhagen Denmark about Oct. 1896; that I resided 27 years, uninterruptedly, in the United States, from 1896 to 1923 at Ft. Aktinson Wic, and Cauton Ohio; that I was naturalized as a citizen of the United States before the Circuit Court of Jefferson County at ?? Wisconsin. Atkinson in the State of Wisconsin, where I folloe the occupation of Manufacturing.

I am about to go abroad temporarily, and intend to return to the United States withein one year with the purpose of residing and performing the duties of citizenship therein; and I desire a passport for use in visiting the countries hereinafter named for the following purpose:
